Hey, I’m Bryce, a seascape and ocean photographer in Fremantle, Western Australia.
My early days in photography were spent trying to capture the perfect wave in the perfect conditions but as any surfer in Perth will tell you, the perfect wave is rare here and I quickly grew frustrated.
I started experimenting with settings and new gear, testing the limited light before sunrise, and heading out in bad winds. Photography became less about hoping to snap the perfect frame and more about planning, composition, and restraint.
These days I capture the ever-changing beauty of the ocean and the landscapes that lead to it. I play with form, chase light, and search for a little piece of magic in each image.
